Welcome to IDO, a UK-based digital platform for wedding planning. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IDO website and services ("Services"). By registering for an account, creating an event, using our digital invitation templates, or managing a guest list, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 16 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under UK law. By using IDO, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
You must register for an account to access core features of the platform. During registration, we collect:

- Password (encrypted)
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
3. Event & Guest List Management
You may use IDO to create wedding events by providing:
- First name (you and your partner's)
- Event date and location
You may also upload guest details including:
- First and last names
- Email addresses
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have obtained proper consent from your guests before submitting their information to IDO.
4. Use of Services
You agree to use IDO only for lawful and personal purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit any false or misleading information
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Attempt to breach or circumvent our security measures
- Use bots or automation tools to access our services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, designs, logos, and software on IDO are the property of IDO or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
You retain ownership of content you create using our templates (e.g., invitation messages), but grant IDO a limited license to host and deliver it for the purpose of providing the Services.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without notice, if:
- You breach these Terms
- We suspect unauthorized or unlawful activity
- It is required by law or regulatory authorities
Termination does not affect any rights or liabilities that have accrued prior to termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you via email or the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
